This beach house is on stilts and features a main living level and a loft with additional sleeping accommodations. Sandpit I has five bedrooms and three baths. Large families will find it comfortable to vacation here together.

The great room consists of an ocean-facing living room with a big-screen television, two dining areas, a sitting area and a well equipped kitchen. This house was perfect for our group. Location was amazing with a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view of the ocean.
This is a beautiful house with awesome decks and a great location. If you’re the kind of person who likes to “sit and forget” as you’re watching the surf and getting away from work, this is the perfect house for you. We really appreciate the extra touch the owners provided for us to have a home away from home.
