This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Is the beach your happy place? If so, be sure to check out Summer Salt, a vacation rental house in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located a few rows from the beach, it is just a short walk to the wide sandy shoreline, which will provide hours of fun in the sun.
Summer Salt has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This vacation rental house has many upgrades that are sure to give you the luxury you are looking for. Summer Salt boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen; and hardwood flooring throughout the main living space. The furnishings are nice and will provide comfort for the whole family.
A gas grill and outdoor dining furniture give this house the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living space. After a long day at the beach, relax in the central air-cooled space, perhaps enjoying a moving on the DVD player and one of the large flat screen TVs Summer Salt has to offer. The rental house also features an outside shower which will help keep the interior sand-free. Feel free to pack lightly, the house has a washer and dryer, so you can do as much laundry as you like. Keeping up with social media is easy with WIFI available, as well. All the creature comforts of home await you at Summer Salt rental house in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
Windy Hill is part of the Grand Strand in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and has several options for adventure and entertainment. You can rent paddle boats, go horseback riding, see live tigers, do some shopping or attend a live show. All of that and more is very close to your vacation rental house. Whether you take a picnic to the beach, have a BBQ at the house or want to have a night out, you are sure to find everything you need to build memories of a life time at Summer Salt.
This rental house is only available to families. The good news is that if your dog is under 35 pounds, he is welcome to join the family vacation. There is a refundable $300 pet deposit.

The summer salt is a wonderful house to stay in. Super close to the beach and a ton of other places (stores, restaurants). We rented a golf cart and had a blast riding around. There is a great little coffee / ice cream place a few blocks away called Native Joes highly recommend. And if you get a chance eat at the Lava Korean restaurant absolutely delicious. Thanks so much Elliott. Rentals we had a great stay.
We really enjoyed our time at Summer-Salt. The house fit our family's needs well and the proximity to the beach was fantastic (just a few minutes to walk, approximately 2/10 miles away. We usually go to Folly Beach in the summer, but it has gotten so crowded and the beaches have eroded tremendously, making it seem even more crowded due to less beach space. We had not been to North Myrtle Beach in over 20 years and were pleasantly surprised at the cozy residential feel even though just a few blocks away everything was at our fingertips. The house had a fully stocked kitchen. The only suggestion would to be some more flatware, as spoons are lacking.
Clean area to stay in; close proximity to beach and more than enough room!
Enjoyed our stay very much. Check in was easy , location was close to beach. Would definitely use this unit again.
